Return Policy

  1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under “shipping info".
  2. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale”. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  3. For Lac Jewellery - You will receive the product in a transparent tamper evident bag. We request you to check the product (for any damages, etc.) before opening the bag. Please Note that the product will not be eligible for return if the bag has been tampered with.
  4. The JeweLook Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be provided with an address for shipping the product.
  5. Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you will get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment.
  6. In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we offer a full refund.
  7. You would have to pay for shipping charges for the return. If you are outside India please consider custom charges for returning items as we do not cover this fee for you.
